Upper Cape Tech Activities

Academic Paths:

College Prep	Prepares students to succeed at four-year colleges.
Technical Prep	Prepares students to succeed at two-year colleges or to enter directly into an occupational area. More about tech prep.
MCAS Preparation	All freshmen and sophomore classes are based on the curriculum frameworks and prepare students to pass the MCAS administered in the spring of their sophomore year. Seniors and juniors who do not obtain an MCAS certification will receive remedial instruction to prepare them for a re-test.
Advanced Placement	Dual Enrollment: Students who demonstrate high academic achievement may enroll in courses at Cape Cod Community College and other local colleges. In this program, students attend classes on the campus of Cape Cod Community College. Students must earn a B or higher in the classes in order to remain in the program.
	Articulated Agreements: College credit can also be obtained through one of the many articulated agreements that UCT has with local colleges. Students successfully completing these articulated high school courses will be provided college credit by the college with whom the agreement is signed.
