Upper Cape Tech's Canalside Dining Room is a full service restaurant operated by students in the Culinary Arts department under the direction of their Chef teachers. Students plan menus, purchase food, and prepare, and serve all meals. This is a learning facility and your patience is appreciated. The Canalside restaurant must close promptly at 1:00 p.m. |
