All goods must be handmade by the crafter (kits and foreign or commercially
made products are unacceptable). Booth placement will be according to the
craft. Efforts are made to prevent the similar crafts stationed next to
each other. Enclose a photo of your craft set-up with name and
address on the back, please. Your area will be a 81 sq. ft. with 3 feet of walking space
between stations. Two chairs will be provided. Please stay within designated boundaries.  
Double spaces will be available upon request for double the cost.  
Operating hours are from 10AM to 3:30 PM. Set up on Saturday begins at 8:00 AM
and at 9:15 AM on Sunday.
Fees:
$90.00 for two days, $65.00 for one day. If you contract for one day and decide to stay a 
second day, the fee will be $65.00 for each day, not $25.00 for the second day. One day
accommodations are made as a kindness for religious or family reasons only.
Checks for payment in full must accompany this application. All applications will be processed
by the date of the check, not the date received. Predated checks will be processed accordingly.
Crafter must pay return check fees. Checks sent after November 1st need to be cashier or
postal checks. Please read, sign, and return contract . We suggest you make copies for your
own records.

Please check into main lobby before setting up.
1. Space is 81 sq.ft., at a cost of $90.00 for two days and $65.00 for one day. Checks made payable to the order of MC-UCCT.
Two chairs will be provided. All other supplies will be provided by the exhibitor.
2. Only articles that are handmade by the exhibitor are acceptable, subject to the approval of the jury. Advertisements will include Made in the USA. Please comply and preserve the honesty of the fair.
3. Setup of displays must be completed by 9:45 AM each morning and the walkways must be clean and free of boxes. All tables must be covered with a table cover that reaches the floor. All displays are to be in good taste, neat and appealing to the customer.
4. Set-ups may be left overnight at the discretion of the exhibitor and will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. Packing up begins at 3:30 PM.
5. All vehicles of exhibitors must be removed to the back of the school or to the far side parking lot by 9:30AM each morning. No parking in front or in visitors parking area, on the grass or sides of roads, per order of the Bourne Fire Department.
6. No smoking in the building or on the grounds.
7. Any individual acting on behalf of UCCT shall not be held liable for any reason whatsoever for loss, theft, spoilage, or damage of equipment or utility malfunctions resulting in a loss to the exhibitor, and to any theft, damage, or spoilage to personal property, rented property, or items being offered, stored, or held for sale, or for individuals assisting, or volunteering assistance to the exhibitor in the operation or setting up or of taking down exhibitor displays. UCCT makes no claim in any manner whatsoever as to financial compensation or the amount of profit to be earned as a result of participation at the Craft Fair.
8. To keep fee space reasonable, each crafter is asked to make a donation of one item or $10.00 value or more for a (Chinese) auction. Items should be marked with Crafter's name and approximate value. Auction will begin at approximately 11:00 AM each day. Numbers will be called every 1/2 hour to encourage customers to stay longer at our show. Tickets will cost $5.00 per yard. Each contributing crafter will receive complimentary tickets to give to their paying customers.
