Dear Alumni,

Our next organizational meeting will be Monday, April 7th, 2008 at 7pm in the conference room.

Requests: Per our meeting of March 3rd, 2008 the planning committee would like to ask all of you to look over the unapproved Bylaws attached and provide any comment to us by March 25th. We hope to move these forward as soon as possible.

Anyone interested in serving as President, Vice-President, Secretary, or Treasurer should reply to me in an email by March 25th also.

Announcement: After a successful Valentine’s event we are planning an “Upper Cape Tech Alumni Family Fun Day”. Mark your calendars for September 13th, 2008. More details to follow and there’s plenty of time to make suggestions for activities that day. So far we envision providing fun activities for the kids and a cookout with the possibility of an Alumni softball game.

The minutes from previous alumni meetings have been posted on the alumni page on the school’s website for your information.

In conclusion: Thanks again to the Planning Committee for their work in making the Valentine’s event a success. Special thanks to Keith Evans for providing the music for the evening.
