Click on Email - External
Your email address is your first initial, your full last name (except for Theo), followed by @uppercapetech.org
i.e. tsmith@uppercapetech.org
Your password is the one you are accustomed to using.
For internal email click on Email - Internal
Your username is your initials.
You know your password.
