MENU ITEM DESCRIPTIONS /INFORMATION

(WEEK 1 OF CYCLE MENU)

Chicken Patties: Served on a bun with a portion of French fries and tossed salad.

Turkey Club Sandwich: Turkey and bacon served on a 6 inch sub roll with a portion of asparagus pasta salad , potato chips, and a pickle.

Chicken Cordon Blu: Breaded and stuffed chicken breast filled with ham and cheese topped with beef demi sauce. Comes with a portion of saffron rice, green beans and spinach salad with warm bacon dressing.

Pastrami Sandwich: Pastrami an Swiss heated on rye bread with a portion of coleslaw, potato chips, and a pickle.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese: portion of elbow macaroni in a homemade cheese sauce served with a portion of Caesar salad and a garlic bread stick.

BLT Sandwich: Lettuce , tomato and bacon served on white bread. Served with a portion of potato salad, potato chips, and a pickle.

Meatball Sub Sandwich: Meatballs simmered in marinara sauce, topped with cheese and placed in a 6 inch sub bread served with potato wedges and tossed salad.

Italian Sub Sandwich: Ham , salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese served in a 6 inch sub roll with Waldorf salad , potato chips and a pickle.

Assorted Pizzas: Cheese filled stuff crust pizza served with side of pasta , and tossed salad. Different types of pizzas offered are: Cheese, Pepperoni, Sausage and Pepper, Meatball, Barbecue Chicken , Buffalo Chicken, Bacon , and Steak and Cheese.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich: Two Smucker’s Uncrustables served with orchietta pasta salad , potato chips, and a pickle.

Ham and Cheese Sandwich: Served on a 6 inch sub roll with a portion of tortellini pasta salad, potato chips, and a pickle.

American Chop Suey: Portion of elbow macaroni tossed in a tomato meat sauce served with a portion of Caesar salad and a garlic bread stick.

Reuben Sandwich: Corn beef on rye bread with sauerkraut ,Swiss and Russian dressing toasted. Served with a portion of German potato salad, potato chips, and a pickle.

Chicken Picatta: Breast of chicken with lemon caper picatta sauce served with orzo pasta, vegetable medley and tossed salad.

Bologna and Cheese Sandwich: Served on white bread with Waldorf salad , potato chips and a pickle.

Barbecue Riblet Sandwich: Served on a sub bread with a portion of French fries and tossed salad.

Egg Salad Sandwich: Served on a 6 inch sub roll with a portion of tabouli salad , potato chips, and a pickle.

Chicken Parmesan: Breaded chicken breast topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese served on top of penne pasta in marinara sauce with Italian zucchini. Comes with a portion of Greek salad.

Chicken Salad Sandwich: Served on a 6 inch sub with a portion of coleslaw, potato chips, and a pickle.

Cheese Ravioli: Portion of ravioli tossed in marinara sauce served with a portion of Caesar salad and a garlic bread stick.

Roast Beef Sandwich: Served on a 6 inch sub bread. Served with a portion of potato salad, potato chips, and a pickle.

Burrito’s with topping: Chicken, beans and pepper jack cheese filled burritos rolled and topped with salsa and cheese. Served with a portion of Spanish rice and Santa Fe Salad

Grilled Cheese Sandwich: Heated and served on white bread, with southwestern pasta salad with potato chips and a pickle.

Assorted Pizzas: Cheese filled stuff crust pizza served with side of pasta , and tossed salad. Different types of pizzas offered are: Cheese, Pepperoni, Sausage and Pepper, Meatball, Barbecue Chicken , Buffalo Chicken, Bacon , and Steak and Cheese.

Greek Gyro Sandwich: A mixture of beef/lamb gyro meat served on a Greek pita with lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber dressing. Served with artichoke pasta salad, potato chips, and a pickle.

Sausage and Pepper’s Sub Sandwich: Sausage with sautéed onions and peppers and placed in a 6 inch sub bread served with potato wedges and tossed salad.

Italian Sub Sandwich: Ham , salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese served in a 6 inch sub roll with Waldorf salad , potato chips and a pickle.

Roasted Pork Loin: Two slices of pork lion topped pork gravy with roasted red bliss potatoes and carrots. Comes with a portion of Greek salad.

Chicken Salad Sandwich: Served on a 6 inch sub with a portion of coleslaw, potato chips, and a pickle.

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo: Portion of penne pasta tossed in alfredo sauce with broccoli and cheese, with a whole breast of chicken on top served with a portion of Caesar salad and a garlic bread stick.

Roast Beef Sandwich: Served on a 6 inch sub bread. Served with a portion of potato salad, potato chips, and a pickle.

Beef Tacos: Two soft tortilla shells filled with taco meat and topped with salsa and cheese. Served with a portion of Spanish rice and Santa Fe Salad

Chicken Giovanni: portion of penne pasta tossed in garlic oil with mushroom, roasted red peppers, artichokes and baby spinach, with a whole breast of chicken on top served with a portion of Caesar salad and a garlic bread stick.
