Google Apps are used by UCT staff and students to send, store and share information. Get help with using Google Apps here. Access your Gmail here. Access Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar and more here. PowerSchool is used by UCT teachers to enter student grades, track attendance, look up student information, print reports and more.
Computer Lab & Library Reservation Calendars
Click on the link above for the lab you wish to reserve. On the page that opens, click on the silver block for the period you would like to book. If a silver block is not displayed for a particular class period, then that period has already been booked or is otherwise not available. Enter your information in the dialog box that pops up, and then click "Save" to create your reservation. You should then receive an email confirmation. It's that simple!

AptFund is the purchase approval system used at UCT. If making a purchase, please use the second link (web interface) UCT Teachers and students use Apple TV to present to the class directly from their iPads. Note to teachers: please do not distribute Apple TV codes to students. Access AppleTV Codes. UCT Teachers may access laptop computers for use in the classroom. The codes to the laptop carts are here.
